Closed loop ideas on 210g

Need some help. I am starting a new 210 gal all-glass reef tank. It is pre-drilled (4x1" bulkheads, 2 overflow boxes) and I am currently using a Mag 18 on the drains for the sump and return connections. Any ideas on adding a dart pump for a closed loop manifold? Drilling is not an option. and I'd like to hide the pump inlet lines in the overflow boxes. Is that to much for the overflow boxes?

If anyone has pictures of one they have done that would be great.

I'm by no means an expert but I would say there is no way you overflow box can handle that pump and the drains for the sump.
The overflow box can only handle som much water.

I will be using a dart for my closed loop as well but I'm using 2 inch bulkheads.

Yea that is my concern. I am only pulling about 800 gph from both overflow boxes currently. My thought was to hang a 1" or 1.5" in each overflow box that goes to the 2" line that feeds the pump. I just did not know if the boxes could keep up. I just dont want to hang that ugly white PVC in the back of my tank.
