closed zoas (pics)

well they were all open before but now over the past three days they have been closing whole colonies polyp by polyp water tests great light hasn’t changed and every one else in the tank is happy is there something that can effect just zoas also my palys are all fine have no idea what’s going on is there a bug or fungus that could be the culprit and only targets zoas? any help would be great thanks

Can you post a bigger pic? Also, you might want to move them around to see if it changes anything. If they are high up on the rocks, they might not like too much light. It depends on the polyps, they are very moody sometimes.

I would do an iodine dip if you think it's fungus. Can't tell from your pic - too small.

Matt I have lugols iodine if you need any.
No the Kent Marine stuff, but the true lugols iodine used
in laboratorys.

I have a similar issue like Matt with one of muy zoa colonies... Considering an Iodine dip.... how much iodine to place in the dip? do you mix it with ro/di water? salt water from the tank?
