closed zoos

i have a piece of zoos which i purchase a few months ago and they were doing fine. now most of them are close and havent opened up for about a week now. i believe my phosphate are a little high, in which i will be doing a water change tomorrow. do you think that is the problem. any input would be great thanks

Are all other zoas doing good? Any predators? What kind of flow? other water params?
