cloudy eyes on a rabbitfish?

I have a rabbitfish with cloudy eyes. It's been this way for the year I've had it. I expected it to clear up over time, but it hasn't changed.

I often see rabbits in stores with similar cloudy eyes, is this just common for them?

Any comments re:cause and or treatment?
