Cloudy Skin

I have a pearlscale butterfly, blue tang, and Heniochus Butterfly. The skin of each of the fish have gotten cloudy over the last couple of days. It has not affected my 6 line wrasse or my false percula clownfish. I have started treatment for ich with Kordon'sIch Attack and syptoms have not decreased. Could it be something else? As is it normal for pearlscale butterflies to be shy and hid in the rocks all day?

it sounds like velvet, or possibly a bacterial of fungal issue messing with their slime coats. IME butterfly's are out and about and very curious. is the pearlscale new? butterfly's often carry disease with them when imported and should be QT'd prior to entry to the new tank. if they show any signs of labored breathing or loss of appetite i would pull and hospitalize immediately. the most effective treatment for velvet is formaline, i like the product quickcure, it has copper in with it. very fast and effective treatment. but you must have the fish in a hospital tank, you can not treat this in your main system.
