Cloudy water during cycle

So I have been cycling my 10g frag tank for about 9 days. The water got really cloudy on day 3. Around day 5 the ammonia shot to 8 and I did a 1g water change to get it back down to 2. The tank is still cloudy.

I started the cycle with a table shrimp for 4 days then removed it. I have been adding aquavitro seed everyday for 4 days.

I am adding a small amount of mysis every few days to feed the bacteria. Tank has dry rock a power head and a heater. Lights off during cycle.

Any help would be appreciated. I need this thing cycled by reefapalooza NY.

Agree not to worry about any of that stuff during the cycling process as it will almost certainly have gone away by the time the tank is ready for livestock.

Welcome to a normal tank..

You shouldn't have any problems being cycled by reefapalooza..

Just continue to monitor your ammonia and nitrites and once they hit zero you can slowly being stocking the tank..
