clown fish and black spots

Which corals cause the clowns to have the black spots? And how long for the spots to go away. I moved some of the zoos out from under them but they seem to have even more spots and look icky.

It is called Hyper-Melaninization They usually go away once the clown gets acclimated to the new host but not always.

SPerry is right should go away eventually, just from the host coral

yeah, what they said.... my clowns now look like they're wearing black lipstick from the zoas they reside in... they look afflicted but are fine....
