Clown fish fighting

I have numerous fish in my tank, i have a group of 4 clown fish that seem to be getting along fine for the last 4 months. Well today, three of the clowns are fighting with one of them. All three of them are picking on this guy aggressivly. What is going on? Have not see this before with them.

they are maturing and eliminating possible future competition. this will continue until there are only 2 left. you should remove 2 of them right away and put them in another tank so that they may pair off together.
