clown fish going crazy

I recently added the recommended amount of phosphate rx to my tank and now my clownfish has been acting strange. Jumped out of my tank once, put covers on now and has been treading water at the surface for the last 2 days. It has eaten but nothing like before. It doesn't have any odd marks or change of colors. Looks normal just not acting normal. Also, my carpet anemone that I've had for 6 weeks has curled up and looks like its not feeling well. Anyone have any thoughts? Everyone else is doing fine. The only other thing about the tank is I got 2 new kessil lights running but only at 50% max at most. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
55 gal tank, 2 clowns, blue tang and bi-color angel.

Mine did the same thing. I have since not used phosphate rx. It seems to really bother any softies and nems in the tank. I just mix a little Gfo with my carbon and it keeps my levels within check.

Yep both clowns survived. I did a 40% water change though. The effects lasted about 7 to 9 days. Everything went back to normal afterwards.

try not to use these quick fixes in saltwater tanks. i found in my experience in this hobby that these quick fixes often only make the problem worse or mask it in the short term.

if your having a nutrient problem try to work on it naturally or with gfo but not these gimmicks

do you have a sump. gfo really is a good safe way to keep phosphates down. i actually dont fun gfo on my tank. found it annoying to tune in , plus i do 20 percent water chance once a week and my tank is fine. dont have any algae to speak of, only clean the glass ever 4 days so far working for me, and i currently have 12 fish in a 57 gallon tank, but i do have a monster skimmer i clean every 2 days

+1 on Anthony's advice. I tried it in the recommendation of a friend who swears by it. I gave him the extra.
