No, no clowns ever host corals. They're too heavy to swim around with and they don't stay attached. The coral might host the clown though.
It's hard to predict what clowns will accept as hosts. Wild clowns pick a host based on the species they were imprinted on while they were still in the egg. It's unlikely that they would switch to a coral. Captive clowns don't have this image of what their host should be since their eggs aren't usually laid near an anemone. They do have a strong urge to seek out a host though, so most will usually pick something. What that will be is really anyone's guess though. Any corals, clams, algae, or even heaters and powerheads are fair game.
