Clown fish hosting Duncan

So my larger clown fish has been hosting my Duncan coral. He was going after the bubble anemone until it moved where he can't access it. Since then it's like he's absolutely obsessed with the Duncan. He's constantly sucking on it. Today I come home and find him looking like the pictures attached. It almost looks like blisters from the sting of the coral. I'm not sure so that's why I'm posting here. Anyone have any idea? I put two large bubble anemones in last week but neither has found them yet. I should have placed them on the same side of the tank as these I guess.

Interesting. Those do look like sting marks though, have your clowns ever hosted anything before?
