Clown Fish markings

Hey reef central,

I bought a True clownfish about a week and half ago. I added him to the tank and immediately the new true clownfish and my osc clown fish starting doing the dance. They seemed happy. The true clown fish started hosting the bottom front of my tank. He would hang out there all day and at night he would join my osc and they would sleep next to each other all night.
One thing I noticed, he would never really eat. I fed mysis shrimp to my tank for a while and yesterday I picked up brine shrimp so maybe he would eat, nope. This morning everything seemed normal. About 2 hours ago I went to look at my tank and noticed the true clown fish was breathing heavily. He also had big white spots on him behind his right fin as well as around the front and on his head. He was on his way out so I picked him up by the net and took some pictures.

I just wanted to know what it is and if there is anything I can do.

Thanks guys

Here is what it looks like:

I was first going to say it may be trying to host in a coral that it is not used to stinging it but the picture, but while not clear, looks quite different.

It was kind of hard to get a clear picture... that's the best I could do. He didn't make it.
