clown fish not eating

got him 3 days ago, not eating, just swimming infront of the glass, bubbles sticking to him, fins looking a little sad.....white spots mabye not sure

open water.. let me know what you figure out. i have a maroon clown, had her for a month. suddenly became ill 3 days ago and i qt'ed her, still havent diagnosed her properly, but air bubbles are sticking to her, her fins are fraying and her cheeks swelled. ive been posting about it all over the forums looking for help. i thought she had ick at first, now im leaning towards brook or fin and tail rot, heres a pic. shes very sick, and it hit her fast, morning, great and eating, by lunchtime she had funk on her mouth and she hasent eaten in three days! i even bought the 40.00 garlic extreame, no luck.

Im treating her with coppersafe and maracyn 2now

update.. i gave her maracyn 2 lastnight, and she looks ALOT better. her swelling is down, her top fin is up and i think she may eat! (i threw a pellet in and she acknowledged it! she hates pellets tho, so im going to try mysis after the water change)
