Clown fish sick?

My clown fish has somthing ( poop ) hangging from him. The cleaner shrimp picked some off so its shorter now. He has been lying down on my zoos and has been swimming slowly. The water test is fine and he is in a 20 gallon with corals and 1 six line wrasse. The wrasse and him get anlong so well! Please let me know if you have any idea whats wrong thanks! It looks fine to me. Remember if they eat they will poop

Looks to me as if he needs a bit more food. If you feed already a lot and he isn't gaining weight he may need a "deworming".

Yes I know that haha, but he's had it for a few days, and when he normally poops it doesn't last as long.
