Fish is still eating and swimming with no other visible sysmptoms showing.

Tank is a 20g with various SPS and softie corals. Only stinging coral is a frogspawn.

Only tank mate is a pink spotted watchman goby.

Sorry no ability to post pics.

Is there a place I can see a catalog of disease pics for clowns, or is this common? If it is common what is the best course of treatement I should pursuit. I won't be able to get meds until morning.

Any advice would really be appeciated. Thanks so much. I'm new to clowns so your advice is appreciated.

Hello,

Why don't you start with Lymphocystis. That is a possibility and clowns do get it.

It is a viral infection and currently there is no treatment specifically for Lymphocystis but you need to watch for secondary bacterial infections.

Search here or Google it and see if the images and description are what you are seeing.

Best.

I found Neosulflex which states it's for white cottony growths which a good description of this.

Thanks for the info on Lymphoystis.

How low of a temp can I keep a clown in? If it is bacterial IME with other fish I have found lower temps can be helpful to slow the progression of the disease.
