Clown fish

I bought two true perc clownfish the other day. They are beautiful and seem happy, but they just stay in one tiny little corner of the tank. They are swimming constantly - it must be exhausting. Will they venture out in the other parts of the tank. They literally just stay in one corner of the tank. I have a bubble tip, but they have not shown any interest in it.

They may not seem interested in it. I've had my pair of clowns in my 125g for over a year and a half now which I added a RTBA and they dont go near it. I got a LTA which its the same thing. My mushrooms are hosting my clowns which the patch they choose is right above the LTA. There are ways like catching the clowns and putting them in a basket with the nem or putting a basket over the nem and having the clowns inside but its never a for sure thing the nem will host the clowns.

give it a little time. my clowns stayed at one side of the tank for a few days before they start roaming around freely throughout the day.

I also have some nems that don't seem to interest the clowns and its been about 8 months or so.

New fish sometimes hang out in the corner for awhile. They should eventually roam around cautiously and explore, then they'll get settled in. My clownfish preferred Duncans and an Elegance coral to the Sherman Rose Bubble Tip I had. Sometimes the fish are picky : )

Just give them time-mine used to swim in a "ball" by the back glass (i had 6 of them together) for several months...untill they decided that was time to pair up ...
