clown for BTA?

My BTA has been in my tank for about 3 months now, and appears to be very healthy. It has more than tripled in size since I bought it, and shows no signs of bleaching or other stress. I'd like to have this BTA host a clown or a pair of clowns. Any suggestions for a good clown species for this BTA?....(I'd like a species that won't terrorize the rest of my fish--green mandrain, foxface, dragon goby). Thanks for any advice,
Matt

Well, Tomatoes and Maroons are both natural hosters of the BTA, so they'd be a sure shot. Otherwise it's a gamble with any other species, but you've got a decent chance that any of them would do it eventually.

I've had my pair of false percs for about a year now and I recently added a small GBTA. It took about a week and both percs host in it like their lives depend on it. All you can do is wait and see.

I agree, maroons. Also..look back through the threads theres been about 50 asking about clownfish hosting check out to see what other people have said too it may also help

I have a pair of B&W tank raised clowns that took to my RBTA as soon as it was put into the tank. They had never been housed with a nem and were both under 1/2" when I got them. I just posted pics earlier of the female and nem.

One of my two Ocellaris clowns pokes at my BTA occasionally, but is far from hosting. I've had all 3 for at least 5 months now.

All clowns except skunks and occ./percs are natural symbionts with BTAs. Most skunks will go into BTAs because thats just the way skunks are. The only clowns that sometimes will ignore BTAs are ocellaris and perculas.
