In a 66 g I used to have 3 couples and 2 who never got along. The couples were okinawae, ceramensis and citrinus ... They all seem to mind their own business and were comfortable enough to spawn every few weeks. 2 histrios always hated each other lived at opposite sides of tank.
Same thing now have 2 histrios in a 45 g. And they avoid each other at all costs ... Though they don' t harm each other either...I always wondered if that particular species wasn't able to switch sex like other gobiodons.
I've never kept one of each in my personal aquariums, so I don't know if they are prone to more inter-species aggression when they are not paired up over a long period of time.
Though when I had those at the store sometimes they would be in the tanks and it was very uneventful.... So depending on tank size , if they have enough space for their own few claimed perching spots, I doubt there will be any real problems.
