have looked on the fish disease forums and it looks to me now that my clown has lymphocytis. his lower half lip has growth on it and inside his mouth. yesterday i ran over to the lfs and they didn't have any maracine but something similar as i thought it was fungal. i dosed the tank. he is quiet, not eating and i just feel so helpless. is there anything i can do. Parameters are fine in the tank:

Could i, if worse comes to worse, take tweezers and take the growth off (that should be a task), or will this clear up on it's own with stable parameters?
