As the title states can you please ID these clowns?

They are some kind of percula clownfish or ocellarius. Sometimes the collector will cross breed or take a gene from the clowns resulting in a hybrid of both and different color patterns.

This is like guessing a dog breed for clowns... IMO they look like someone took a percula clown gene, clarkii gene, and put it into an ocellarus..

I was told these are Grade B Picasso?

Its possible they are, it all depends mainly on the breeder or collector. I'm not sure if they appear wild like that..

Picassos are a designer version of A. percula, they are naturally occurring in the wild but very rare. The aquaculture industry has made them relatively common and they label them as extreme, premium, grade a, grade b, etc based on the white patterns the clownfish exhibits.

I personally prefer real deal clowns over the aquacultured ones, when I buy aquacultured I feel like I don't have a fish from the ocean in my tank.. sure its better for the enviroment without a doubt and reduces the ammount of collecting it just feel unnatural... IMO
