thats what i thought. do all saddlebacks come in black or is this a harder to find morph of it?

Nope, pretty common.

Yup.. common . Wow, those firefish are nice, the camera's flash picks up the colours nicely.

The other color morph is more brown with an abreviated second stripe (saddle). There is a third variety that is black with a yellow belly and a saddle.
