Clown injury, hemorrhage, parasite, what?

See this thread for back history.

Long story short, two black clowns, male had heavy breathing white poo and was treated a few months back with Maracyn-two succesfully, female just got the same symptoms, treating both now as a precaution.

Maracyn-two hit 1x dose per instructions, no change, waited a week, "Lifeguard" 1x dose per instructions, the final treatment was today.

Now for an update. For the first time, I caught her eating last night. Today, she was gobbling up food, and acting normal, flirting with her mate, until I saw an injury on her side. It's the first day I've seen it, and I've been watching them pretty close. Shortly after this picture, my wife was downstairs watching, and stated it "fell off". I see a little mark on her side.

Can anyone ID it? Is it a parasite "busting out"? Is it internal damage caused by whatever is impacting her? Organs coming out? Other than continuing to nurse them both in QT, is there anything I can do to save her? Any treatments beyond the standard garlic, selcom, etc in their food?

Since the treatment done now, so I'll do a 75% water change and run carbon shortly.

Hopefully someone has suggestions. They're my favorite fish of all of them, and of course they're the ones with issues :(

The male seems to be in fine shape.
