One of my large, well established female clowns is slowly losing her ability to swim. She does not seem to be able to move anything from her pelvic fin back, almost as if she is becoming paralyzed. The problem started about five days ago, and has progressed daily.
I put her in a QT for a few days with Furan-2, but had to take her out since I am going out of town for a few days and would not be able to monitor her. I put her back in the display tonight and she is only able to use her pectoral fins to go after food and move around. Also, upon taking her out of her tank and QT she just layed there in my hand, not flipping all over the place like a normal fish out of water would do.
Everything else about her is normal, she's eating well, her color is great, and she is responsive as well as can be expected.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
