i got a juvi onyx from Rod... the first week or so he ate a mixture of freeze dried CE and flake that i feed my tank no problem... but the past 3 days he doesnt seem interested in either... they float right by his face with no attempt to chase or consume it... he just swims around the tank, usually not far from "his" torch coral where he sleeps...
any ideas? my ocellaris did this a few times where he just decided not to eat for almost a week, but he was much larger and i assume by that fact at less of a risk.. this guy is tiny tiny, like 3/4" or less tiny... still missing his 3rd stripe... so i am worried that even a few days will result in stress or death...
if it means anything he appears happy and healthy, swimming all over, making friends with the ocellaris, etc.. no aggression between them... and he doesnt look thin or anything... hes actually added some color since i got him (a little black around the back of the tail and some after his 2nd stripe)
