clown not eating

i have an ocillaris that hasnt eaten in days and has been swimming in the top left corner of the tank kinda sluggishly.all other tank mates are fine and perameters are good. any help is appreciated.

Try soaking it's food in garlic juice and spot feed it.
Does it look sick or odd or is there anyone punking it around?

he was actually the dominant tank member before this. i have a blue tang, two cardinals, and a yellow watchman.

oh i forgot about my lawnmower blenny, as far as fish go. i also have sifter star, hermits mithrax, cleaner shrimp, turbo snail, flowerpot, chili, anemone, polyps, and feather duster.
