clown pairing question

I have a picasso clownfish pair with a rose bubble tip And it's partner died about 3 weeks ago, Today I went to the local fish store and I happen to have 1 left. I put her in the tank and she immediately went to the anemone of my other clown chased her away, now my previous clown is nipping at her fins and staying with her, but nipping moving around the tank. Is this normal behavior or should I be worried and take one out? What can I do to make this process smoother. Thanks.

Agression between the two can be normal at first, but eventually will stop if the pairing is ok. If the two clowns both happen to be female, there will be trouble.

They are both a little over an inch, would they have sexed up already?
