I know they arent pimples and Im sure they arent good for the fish's health. Iv had my platinum clownfish for almost 2 years now and the last week or two iv notcied she has one cloudy eye and these buldges on both sides of her. There is one on one side and the opposite side there are maybe 2 or 3 smaller ones. The fish is still eating but she misses alot of the food normally she is a very intense eater. Has anyone had any expierience with this or know what I can do to get rid of whatever it is. My other clown is fine. Here is a picture i took.

I'm no expert but I can check when I get home. I have a book of fish diseases that I could look into for you once I get home. I know that adding garlic to the food helps with fish health. Also if you can quarantine the fish it's even better.

regarding garlic. You've likely been told that, as most of us have.. and never really considered it other than thinking "what can it hurt?"

Great article! Being new to the hobby, I've been reading up on all and anything related to the hobby. One of my LFS "sold" me on the so-called benefits of garlic feeding, but reading this - which makes sense - I can't see myself feeding my fish garlic. Thank you for quoting this article.

Magga Pie, good luck with your Clown fish.

i dont think they are flukes they seem to big, and i have not introduced anything new to the aquarium for months.
