clown trigger losing color

Just bought a clown trigger a few weeks back. I am starting to notice some of it's color is going. my question is why? will it come back?? thanks

Food is a key to good color. What are you feeding it?

well i feed a wide vareity of foods. Formula one, calms. mysis shrimp, trigger formula,and something else. I also dose vita chem and zoe. do nyou think water quaility would have something to do with it? or lighting?

well i do a water change about 20 % a week. I did a little reading and it seem he might have something. I'm going to try putting him in a q tank for a while. thanks anyways

Clown Triggers are notorious for being cyanide caught, especially smaller ones. That may very well be a factor and you may want to avoid terating him for something if you're not seeing visible signs of disease. So, it may be nutrition based, but not because of the quality of foods but because of what cyanide has done to his digestive system.

I take it the clown is in a 37ga? That is incredibly small for that fish

No I have him in a 120 with a loinfish and a puffer
