I just got a new about 3" clown. Put him in and fed my puffers and everything so they wouldnt get any ideas since they are eyeing him up.Figured the clown prob wouldnt eat cause he i brand new and still adjusting. So i throw in some krill and next thing i know the clown and my porc are frantically flailing around the tank jaws locked togeathers as they both went for the same piece of krill. This went on for about 30 seconds until finally they let go and both gubbled up the remands. It was really neat and to my suprise no damage was really done to either fish.Even my hippo is running up to my clown and whacking him with his tail.
If they only new what is about to come once he gets established:lol:

Most fish I think rub tails because they have small spikes... like the Hippo the poster was mentioning before.

My Undy has three spikes on each side of the tails end.

A lot of fish rub their tails against others as a threat, to say "this is my territory." I've see a lot of fish do this...damsels, clowns, tangs...My sixline soapfish does this to new additions.
