I HAVE A CLOWN TIGGER THAT HAS SOME LITTLE WHITE SPECKS ON HIM AND HIS EYES HAVE BECOME A LITTLE CLOUDY,WHAT COULD THIS POSSIBLY BE AND WHAT CAN I DO TO HIM.

It could be ich, crypto. Post a picture or look at pictures on the internet to see if that's what it is. How are the other fish in the tank? Are any of them breathing fast? This could be another sign of ich.
The first thing to do is make an accurate diagnosis before jumping into treatment. Find out what it is, and check the water for pH, temp, spec gravity, amonia to make sure water quality is good.

Good luck.

I'd agree that it sounds like ich. This will appear as salt-like sprinkles on the fish. The coudy eyes can be a secondary bacterial infecton, which is not uncommon, but as Cord mentioned, check your water parameters as cloudy eyes can be attributed to poor water quality. If it is ich, any other fish exposed must be treated as well. Do you have a quarantine tank? Read up on hyposalinity therapy as an effective treatment.
