clown with White stuff hanging from him?

Ok i thought it was just poop or something, but a friend of mine told me that if he has white stuff hanging from Him "yes is the male of the pair in case this helps" that he may have an internal parasite of some sort his apatite has lighten quite a bit. could someone inform me if this is just his waste or what?

I have read that stringy poop means internal parasite or it could be diarhhia. Maybe someone could add more info

Anyone else have anything to add to this he is still alive as of right now? but i would like to know if this is for sure an internal parasite and if it is how do i go about treating it.

White stuff isn't all that descriptive.

If the clown has what appears to be a strand of white poop hanging from his anus ... then that may be a sign of an internal parasite problem or diarheia.

If the clown appears to have a layer of white mucas shedding from his skin thats a classic sign of brooklynella (aka clown fish disease)
