Whistler's Mother
I just purchased a maroon clown on Saturday. It's doing great but has developed a couple slighly cloudy discolourations on one side. I don't know much about marine diseases yet, so I figured someone here could help me. It's nothing I could get a photo of, just something I've noticed when looking at it head on.
pH - 8.2
SG - 1.024
Hardness - 300+
Alkalinity ~180
Nitrate - 0
Nitrite - 0
Ammonia - 0
Other than those slightly cloudy patches, it's otherwise doing well. Eating, personable, and very active.
Any ideas?
