i just witnness my male allardi bitting off a tentacle from my rbta and then eating it.has anybody heard of such behaviour or is my clownfish out of his mind:confused:

I had a Maroon clown biting the tentacles off of my LTA. Each morning I would find 5-10 tentacles lying around. At least the clown was easy to catch.

Is this a newer introduction? I have heard of this - and the 2 had to be separated I believe. Maybe just keep a close eye on it and see if it continues.

As Christina asked - is it maybe hungry?
