Clownfish black patches

I have these 2 sabei clownfish for about 2 months , I left them in quarantine for 4 weeks before adding them to the tank . They act fine eating is normal , breathing normal .. But as soon I added them to the tank they had developed small white patches which at first I thought it was brooklynella and reading about it was not a good thing and for sure it had to be treated but after some days these patches went off alone, without any treatment cause to be honest I purchased "seachem para guard "online and it hasn't arrived yet.so in this case I kinda reassured myself it wasn't brook ! At the time I had a finger mushroom which both of them had hosted for a while they tried to feed it and spent some of the time in it,this is were they had been developing some black patches .. I searched online and found something about coral sting so I thought that finger mushroom was the cause for these black spots. I removed it from its place and moved it to another place where the clowns don't swim near it .. It's been about 2 weeks now they haven't had any contact with it but they are still full of black patches .. At the time one of them is hosting a purple gigantea but the other never hosted anything else. Am I wrong about these being coral sting? What might it be? Is there any chance the clowns will come back to their original orange/yellowish colour on their face and belly?
