clownfish breeding

My clowns have finally just spawned for the first time. They are in an isolated system and have no other predators and it would be safe to rear the you in the tank. However, I was wondering if the parents would become a problem. So, my question is, will it be ok to leave the parents and young in the tank that they are in now or is it imperative that I remove the young when they hatch?

AFAIK the adults will eat the fry after they've hatched, plus raising the fry in the same tank would create terrible water conditions for your broodstock.
