Clownfish Burned and Swaying

This might be hard to see in this video, but I've got a couple of Naked clowns. One of them looks like it's struggling.
This ones skin looks like it's getting burned. Another person came over buying a frag and thought the way it was swaying back and forth looked like it might be on its last leg.
It's been looking like this for the last month. Anything I can do? I've had them for about four years now.

Why did you buy such deformed fish in the first place? The gills are malformed and the fins are underdeveloped. It's pathetic that breeders are not culling these fish. They don't look anything like clownfish in the wild. Seems like breeders are trying to breed the ugliest freakish most fish possible. Pathetic.
