Clownfish Constantly Pooping

So for the last couple of days, one of my clownfish seems to be almost constantly pooping.

Its tends to be long and stringy. Color seems to change. Sometimes it is brown/green, and other times it is white/clear. Seems to alternate between the two.

Fish have been in the tank for About 2 weeks. Pooping started 3 days ago, and corresponded with a small ammonia spike.

What do you think it could be? Internal parasite? Just stress?

I wish I could help you, but I have no experience with marine fish diseases. You might want to post this in the Fish Disease Treatment forum and see if anyone has any ideas/advice. Good luck.

He is probably sloughing intestinal wall lining. Happens with recently imported clowns (starvation/stress). Could have internal parasites as well. I would treat with Piperazine and feed with small mysis (you can soak food in Piperazine and add the meds to the hospital tank).
