Clownfish Diagnosis Needed!

I posted a video on YouTube:

I just got this fish yesterday, along with another clownfish and an anemone (A Condylactis Anemone; I later learned that they won't host them. :/)

It may be a bit hard to see, but the two dorsal fins appear to be damaged, along with the caudal fin. I'm pretty sure it was like this when I bought it (I didn't examine it too closely at the PetCo.)
Also, there is a purple spot inside the body in front of the back stripe near the spine.
It also has an impartial middle stripe. Could it maybe be a defective/deformed fish?
The mouth is also moving very fast.
I also just noticed that the body is somewhat white-ish, see-through, and deteriorating near the back fin and dorsals.

I think it might be ich. I don't have a quarantine tank.
Should I just take it out to save the rest of the tank?

I decided to just euthanize it.
I saw a piece of the caudal fin fall off while it was swimming. I can't imagine it would have ever gotten better.

Why do you think its ich? Is the skin peeling or sloughing off? If so, this may be brooklynella. A very fast acting, contagious, deadly parasite. Brooklynella is very hard to cure and meds containing formalin are the only cures I know of. Any treatment of any protozoan parasite must be done in a QT. What are the current ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels in your tank? How long has this tank been set up? Other fish?

All other fish in your system also need to be treated while the DT stays fishless for about 10 weeks. I sure wouldn't think about any more fish until you've read a couple good books on the hobby. Also, read the disease stickies above. Anemones are tough to keep and have a lot of special needs. They are not for beginners. FWIW: I wouldn't take any advice from most Petcos.

Brooklynella was my best guess. But ammonia poisoning, the Sponge Bob stuff (just kidding), and other things could be the cause. I just have a feeling you need a lot of help. Do some reading/research and we'll be glad to help.

All of my parameters are fine.
Water Temperature = 80
Salinity = 1.023 SG
Nitrite ≈ 0 PPM
Nitrate ≈ 0 PPM
Ammonia ≈ .125 PPM

It has been set up for three months.

I had a damsel and a horned starfish in the tank prior to the two clownfish and the anemone I bought.

I highly resent you blaming the disease on my tank. The clownfish was in there for a total of one and a half days, and he showed signs of disease before I even put him in the tank (swimming sideways).
You should probably be questioning PetCo's and their fish providers' water quality, not mine.

I'm not blaming anything on anything. Water Parameters are often vital when trying to diagnose a fish. . The majority of folks seeking help automatically include these parameters with any questions. You said the clown was showing symptoms of a disease before you put him in your tank. That is hard to understand. Now you have other fish that will quite possibly become infected with whatever killed the clown; and I high suspect brooklynella. You stated your parameters are fine: ANY ammonia in an established tank is not "fine" and I suspect your tank has not fully cycled. A tank that has any ammonia should not be housing livestock.
