Clownfish died

This morning my female clown(false percula) was found dead on the sand.:mad2: I noticed yesterday that she did not look very well. The only things that have been changed is that I added a 6 line wrasse and I cleaned the filter the day before she died. She had no spots on her whatsoever, but her colors were sort of muted.

What are your tank parameters?

How long has the tank been set up?

What type of filtration?

Any other tank mates besides the 6 line?

Was the 6 line quarantined?

Need to know a few things to try and help you out.

Tank Parameters are perfect( although my Alk is a tad high)
Tank has been cycled since the first of August
Live rock and filter(getting skimmer soon)
Chromis, the male clown, and pj cardinal
I always quarantine my fish (so yes the wrasse was quarantined)

I have just started on this site so I do not know very much. But I do know that you have to quarantine fish. I observe the fish and if it has ich I treat it with copper. yes I added all the fish in august.

Can you translate "perfect" and "a tad high" into numbers?

Absolutely. The word "perfect" is all but meaningless. Especially when you don't even mention exactly what parameters are "perfect". What parameters did you test for and what are the numbers?
