clownfish dilemma

i had a mated pair of regular percula clowns. then due to a strange occurrence of my anemone eating my fish one "died". i removed the anemone and returned it to my LRS , but now i only have one clownfish. the one has already hosted a BTA and i would like to keep him if possible. should i try introducing a new clownfish ( is there a species that would adapt better)? or should i take the one clown out and spend the money on a pair.

He asked, because if you put two females together, they will relentlessly fight. I would go buy another small perc, that came in with a batch. That way it has the highest chance of being unsexed, or a male.
