Clownfish - Disease ID please

HI All,

I believe ive identified the disease but wanted a second opinion before starting treatment. Both Clownfish have the same disease it seems but are at different stages. The larger one has a slightly open wound with fins missing and also one of his fins has a chunk missing like its been bitten off. The other clown fish has a white dot which has appear on his head. Thoughts?

How long have you had these fish?If they are new to your tank were they wild caught? Have you had any recent additions to your tank?

Thanks for the response. Ive had them for about 3 years and yes they are wild caught. I recently purchased a blue mandarin who died with an open wound near his gills which I found strange and one I saw similar on my clowns Ive realised i need to act quickly on the rest. I had QT but need to know what im treating for.

Umm not good. Ive now spotted two other fish with the same issue. I think its bacterial. Trying to catch the effected fish and put them in QT. I swear if I loose all my fish this time im shutting it down. Why is it just when everything is going well disaster strikes again. I think this could be the same disease that killed my Moorish Idol 6 months ago and somehow its come back.
