Clownfish fin

I got him a couple weeks ago. When I brought him home I noticed one of the bottom fins looking a bit white'ish and possibly injured.
Today when I looked at him the fin was gone!!!? Either he retracted his fin or it fell off/got bitten off..
I do have a bicolour dottyback but they usually get along and haven't seen them fight only on the first day.
In the pic..the bottom right fin is noticeably larger than the other.
Will his fin grow back??? Poor guy
Is there some kind of treatment for this?

Hmm maybe it's hard to see but the bottom fins don't look right to me one fin is gone..

If the rest of the clown looks normal, the fin will grow back. Only fear is if he is sick but the pic looks normal. Need to watch for aggression between your fish.
