Clownfish has some weird soar...any ideas?

Hello, looking to figure out what's wrong with my clown fish, and figure out how to treat it....would love some assistance from the experts....

tank has been up and running for 10 months with no issues....have had this clown for over 3 years

Alk - 2.0
pH - 8.2
PO4 - 0
NO3 - 2.5
CA - 450ppm
NH3 - .25
salinity 1.023

please let me know if you need anymore info...tx

I just got a maroon clown with a similar problem mine started as a lesion at the front of the dorsal fin. I got a closer look at it yesterday and mine has a similar coloration on it's side just next to the lesion, it's never been in a tank with coral, wasn't at the LFS and has been in my QT with just PCV Tubes for about 5 days now. Im gonna go get a better picture now.

i've been keeping a close eye on it, and it does not appear to be getting any worse....still eating, normal behavior, and water parameters are good. very odd...

I wish I could offer some advice, but I've never seen anything quite like that before. grizwalt333 has something kind of similar on his fish and it might be a mucoid bacterial infection, so you might check out that thread and could try treating with antibiotics like Maracyn II if you think it looks similar enough. If it were my fish, without knowing what it is, I would keep the fish in isolation and watch the condition for any changes.
