Clownfish Help Please

Well here is another question. My clowns are still fine with eachother but the little one stays in this one spot on the bottom until the other comes up to it and then they start acting normal. But also the big clown is actin a little funky. He is jerking around a little and does little sweeping motions in the sand to stir it up around the other clown. Both are still eating. Any advice?

Is there anything I can do to coax the little clown to swim around the way he used to?

Its a mating deal the shaking activity is a dominance type thing and the male will hang out (when there is an anemone) in the anemone while the female is swimming around so he might once they situate their little spot in the sand
