The second pic is definitely A. polymnus (black morph). The first picture looks like one of the polymnus x sebae hybrids that proaquatix was breeding for a while.

The yellow stripe at the base of the tail is characteristic of a melanistic sebae, but the clear tail tips (in a sebae they would be yellow) are characteristic of polymnus.
