clownfish lesion/spots, please ID.

I am going to buy a QT setup on the way home from work today, but I need to know if this is Ich or something else so I can properly treat my clownfish. She is eating very well, is active and doesn't show any signs of stress so I am confused. She has been in my tank for almost a month and up until 2 days ago showed no signs of anything.

Tank parameters are as follows (tank has been up a little over 2 months)
Ammonia:0
Nitrites:0
Nitrates:0
Ph: 8.2
Salinity 1.024-1.025
Calcium: 420
Alk: 8
Temp: 80.3 constant (max 81)

My other two fish seem fine as well, but if this has the possibility to spread to them I am going to QT my clown. PLEASE ID, I really want to do this properly. Thanks!

I am not an expert but it looks like Ich to me

Thanks for the post. I am not going to wait any longer and attack this problem before it gets worse. I'm going to get a 5.5G QT setup tonight for her and hopefully treat her over the next few weeks. I really don't want it to become a big problem and affect my other fish (ycg, tailspot blenny) that are doing great. The clown was doing great as well and still has yet to show any 'bad' signs other than this. Eating, breathing, swimming is all normal, but this definitely does not look 'good'.
