Clownfish Please help!

Does anyone know what is happening to my clown?
He's started to get indentations on his head area. I had one from my LFS that had the same thing, so I took him back to my LFS. But now my other clown has the same symptoms?
Any ideas what it could be?

Mine was like this so I treated it with iron medicine. I don't know if it actually treated or if it went away naturally.

The other clown his fins started looking ragged and stressed. I sure hope he didn't infect this guy?

How long have you had these clowns? Looks like nip marks to me; esp. if other clowns fins are looking ragged...The pair are probly fighting to establish dominance & getting dinged up in the process...
