Clownfish popeye-self inflicted

My carpet anemone has had its mouth out for a while, not getting worse, or better. Parameters are back in line (nitrates somehow had a huge lift). That being said my saddleback clown is upset, and at night tries to jump. I just noticed today one eye is very pronounced and popping out. Is there a treatment? Let me know, thanks.

So a few nights ago the clown was at it again. This time, I believe it has permanently blinded itself. I am ashamed to let this happen. BOTH eyes are so pronounced its extremely sad to look at...looks like thos freshwater fish. The clown lays in the anemone now and cannot eat. If the swelling does not go down I will attempt to remove it from the anemone and treat. I feel like a very bad fish parent.
