Clownfish Quarentine with Prazipro and??

I purchased a Clownfish from my LFS. I have him in a 10 gallon quarantine tank with live rock. I purchased him and simply monitored him for a week and is eating good/looks good. At the start of the second week I added one dose of Prazipro 1/2 teaspoon for the 10 gallons. He was a bit uneasy at first introducing the Prazipro but was eating fine same day and looks good.

As per bottle instructions "a single treatment" lasts 5-7 days. I was planning to give the Clown a break for a week then give a second round of Prazipro.
By the end of this second treatment it would be 4 weeks in quarantine.

Couple of questions:
1)Is there any other treatment recommended for clownfish before I add him to the Display tank?
2) Is this ample time to see signs of other parasites?

I would redose the Prazi at the end of the 7 days. Prazi stays active for 72 hours after dosing and it does not affect eggs (assuming oviviparous monogeans) which take about 4 days to hatch. The timing would be conducive for the flukes to dig their hooks into the fish and begin their lifecycle.
Four weeks would be the bare minimum to quarantine. You are right on the timeline edge of Brook and velvet presenting. Also Ich has been known to show up well after 4 weeks.

What about any pre treatment for Brook? Since clowning are easily susceptible to it. Is there any proactive treatment just in case that's easy on the fish? From what i read Brook treatment is hard on the fish.

While clownfish are known for getting Brook other fish are just as susceptible. I don't prophylactically treat for Brook because formalin is highly toxic to you and the fish. I don't believe in needlessly exposing a fish to unwarranted meds. My quarantine protocol allows for Brook to present then I can treat, although I've never had a fish (including 4 clowns) come in with Brook.
