Well, you'll need to be more specific. I'm assuming you mean regular Amphiprion ocellaris (a.k.a. false percula) or A. percula and the ORA black ocellaris. If that's the case, you should be fine. In the first case, they're both the same species. In the second case, A. percula are compatible with A. ocellaris, so that's fine as well. That's about the only case where you can put two clownfish of different species in a tank your size.
I agree with islandcrow there aren't many situations that people get away with adding 2 different species clowns in the same tank. you should be fine if you go with those though.
I would make sure they're both A. occellaris though. Sometimes, Percs and occellaris don't get along. A Black A. occellaris and a typical orange and white A. occellaris will get along just fine.
